NC DPI Autism Team
The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction Autism Team serves as a resource to Local Education Agencies and Charter Schools. The team works to build capacity within schools and districts to support individuals with Autism. We do this by providing Professional Development that helps educate about the Learning Styles and Characteristics associated with Autism, and implementation of Evidence Based Practices that have proven effective in the education and outcomes of individuals with Autism. Please contact you Regional Autism Consultant with any questions you may have about this population of students.
